Cask number TD0267 was distilled in April of 2008 and decanted in October last year for a maturation of 11 years and six months. Aged in a 200-litre, first fill American oak ex-bourbon cask which yielded 250 bottles in total, this whisky is bottled at a strength of 47.5% ABV and is a classic example of the Sullivans Cove American Oak style.

Strictly limited to one bottle per person.
Nose: Honeydew melon, lemon curd and raspberries along with rich maltiness and a lovely vanilla crém brûlée sweetness. There is also spicy aniseed, herbal chamomile and mint, heaps of coconut slice and the warm, enticing waft of brownies baking in the oven.
Palate: Thick and textural with heaps of maltiness and a big wave of baked pears, apples and lemon tart giving way to a broad layer of vanilla custard and lots of honey with a hint of rosewater.
Finish: Turkish delight, ripe raspberries, bananas in custard, coconut sugar and fine aged rum sing a lovely melody with all sorts of baked fruits and pastry.
