HH0377 is our oldest ever release of French Oak Single Cask. Filled in June 2000, and decanted in October of 2017, this 300L ex-tawny cask produced only 455 bottles.
"Dark and complex, this whisky is a prime example of the influence oak can have on a Tasmanian single malt spirit over a long maturation. Sullivans Cove is consistently releasing the oldest whiskies in Australia, and this is the perfect opportunity to taste the results." - Patrick Maguire, Head Distiller
