This bottled cocktail is made with Hobart No. 4 Barrel Aged gin that was matured in a full-sized Sullivans Cove Whisky cask for 18 months, lending it weight and complexity perfect for sipping on the rocks. Crafted by our highly experienced in-house bartenders, it also contains Australian sweet vermouth by Maidenii and house made bitter orange syrup.
To serve, simply chill, pour over ice, and garnish with a twist of fresh orange peel.
