This barrel-aged Hobart No. 4 gin was matured for 18 months in a single, 200L American oak cask previously used to age Sullivans Cove single malt whisky. The result is an incredibly soft and creamy spirit with notes of lemon curd and warm spice along with incredible texture and length rarely seen in a gin.
